i think i should add a little bit more white to the alt, looks like the stone blocks need a bit more contrast.

looking back, it looks like i could turn the cobble 1 into gravel if i add a little more purple and brown.

these are the textures i have so far, i have some others but they aren't finalized (planks, wood, grass, sand) or i didn't think they were important (redstone, bedrock) so i didn't put them in.

The only thing I dislike in those textures is that the dirt's side texture doesn't blend with another dirt block below it.
