It's because 32bit computers can't play the serious FTB modpacks. I know this because my cousins have the same issue.
You're stuck with FTB lite. :/

uh no. using 64 bit W7 and had 0 issues. please, go to the minecraft forum and ask, they have solutions for you.

I'm putting one up, it's up right now actually, we're in the process of getting our files to our hosts but in the mean-time, I'm hosting it off of my box! The IP is Firebox.zapto.org! I'm on right now if you guys want to come in! It's 1.7.2 btw! I'm gonna try to keep it up as much as possible until we can get the files to our host!
