Author Topic: Argument with a family man  (Read 21539 times)

No matter what you do, there are both good and bad consequences.  You can't simply defend someone else's rights without invading another persons.
Yes, but the one attacking is opening himself up to anyone who doesn't believe what he does. Essentially, he started it and so he should be ready to be attacked back, in defense of course.

Sure, there are a lot more doctors out in the world that 751. Come back when you find 752 who tell you biloveuality doesn't exist.
I'm going to have to use religion again.

There are more religious people on Earth than their are people against religion.  Just because there are more, doesn't mean it's right.

I've accepted the fact that it hasn't been 100% disproven, but I'm still content with my decision, being that the articles I have read were legit.

Once again, its how people see it. If I saw the kool kids klub harassing black people, guess who I would want to see in court. Still, most sides do have a moral, or less evil side. Ironically enough, the religious nuts seem to be on the morally wrong side.

What right of yours exactly does granting gay people the right to share bank accounts and insurance plans violate? The right for genetically superior people to have better health coverage?

Now imagine if the world was ruled by religious extremists...  You can't go to hell if you are already there.

Drawings aren't real people, and you don't get free money for being married, especially to something that has no money (a drawing).

I'm not arguing that people should be able to marry their cars or guns. I'm not even necessarily saying that you should have to call two men or women sharing a common insurance plan or bank account marriage, if it makes you feel uncomfortable. Call it a civil union if you like. Or a jaodfkgnopasdfns.

Having a wife that doesn't exist.  He would live by himself but get benefits a married couple would have.
