Author Topic: Good Ol' Gaming  (Read 867 times)

Why is gaming so forgeted up these days, oooh I get to jump around and wave my arms around to have fun!  I remember when you'd have friends over playing a game, all next to each other, not across the street.  What happened to all of this?  Sure the motion control thing is what other people love, but mots of us like to sit and play with a controller that you don't have to wave around like some handicapped kid.  And what  happened to split-screen games?  I don't want to have to play online to play with my brother/friends.

Is this mainly aimed at Natal?

It's fun to play Ragdoll Kung Fu: Fists of Plastic with your friends while next to each other.

i don't see the appeal of the motion censor stuff. its just the old school Nintendo power gun with an update, not really the new age fresh ideas they are telling the consumers it is.
i don't want to buy a different accessory controller for every different game i play..... NINTENDOOOO......

I feel better about online, I hate split screen because I hate having limited space to see through. Online is alot better IMO.

Evolution bro, forgeted up evolution. Anything needs to get better and better.
There's a problem with widescreen TVs where you can't just sit infront of it. No, you really can't, thus they created the sensor motion controllers and this stuff.

Is this mainly aimed at Natal?
Pretty much. However, Natal is much more fun because a majority of games don't have four player co-op.

Gaming + The Present = Utter garbage

Yeah, they've made a few good games since the PS3/Wii/360 era, but thats only like, 7% of the
new games, most everything else is a remake of, a sequel to or just a new series of a horrible game(s).

The only reason I like online gaming is so those of us with smaller TV's, such as I, don't have to stare at a tiny little part of it to see what I'm doing.

I still have friends over to play, though.

Is this mainly aimed at Natal?
It's aimed at Sony's new thing, Natal, and the Wii stuff.
