My Steam account was disabled

They claim that my address is wrong, and they won't let me have my account back.
I gave them the correct address

Give them both addresses.
And get on the phone with them.

Using Email to communicate with someone like VALVe is handicapped.

I think I wrote to them last at about 6 AM, and now it's 1:30

Well after 12 hours of waiting, I discovered that somebody hacked my account from outside.
I got my account back, but they replied in french
