I really don't care how anything is spelled, and why does it matter? If you can't read a word because we took out 1 letter then you should probably be taught to read once more.

Firstly: Change one letter in all the words that American-English has different to English, it adds up to more than one.
Secondly: It's a four month old debate. It didn't involve you then, and it won't involve you now.

Personally I see American and English as different languages with few differences. I treat it the same way as if someone spoke Spanish to me: I accept the differences and learn as much as I can from it. Then, I go with the majority of who I'm speaking to and use their language (ie: if there are loads of americans I'll change some spellings of words, if not I'll do it my natural way).
