Private Decal wanted

I was wondering if anyone could make me a private decal a simple decal just the default jacket the one with the yellow on it(sorry if not specific) and just edit that so it has the text BOOMSHAN across the bottom

Although, I think that you can enable DLing decals, and if they do that, I think they could be able to see it, but I don't really know about that.

Boomshan, what I mean is, if someone doesn't have a decal downloaded that someone is wearing, they can't see it. So if you had your own personal decal, nobody would ever be able to see it.
