Why? I mean having an Abridged and Unabridged dictionary is understandable but 7? Pfft.

dunno. most of them got shuffled through school.

Two pocket dics (dont say it out loud.) and a few others. Some of them are spelling dictionaries

Well you're right, which leads us further to the point that what he's describing isn't hypocrisy at all.

So then, we have no argument. :D
your new avatar is lol

your still a dinosaur
That reminds me of the tonight show last night. When Larry King was a kid, he got picked on by velociraptors.

... or a doctor who smokes...

??
Some doctors prescribe smoking, both marijuana and nicotine

Knowing the other side of an argument is always good, it doesn't mean you should experience the other side of said argument.

I would say that someone who smokes and tells others not to smake because it is bad, is not a hypocrite. A person who smokes and says that people who smoke are stupid are hypocrites.

also, people can give advice from experience (ie drug addict), in my opinion

Hypocrisy is okay as long as that the person is giving good advice and isn't telling someone else off.
Like 'All of us' said about drug addicts, warning others about it, et cetera.

Also what if you learn something new, and change your mind? I would rather want to hear from someone that is open minded and will admit to being wrong then someone that will never change his mind, stick to his word that could be wrong, for fear that someone might think he doesn't know what he's talking about. (Really, who does know what they're talking about?)

what? no doctor in the right mind would prescribe smoking, all they did was make marijuana legal for people with cancer or AIDS who are going to die. they don't prescribe it, they make it an option. but if i had cancer and was going to die, i wouldn't. it'd shorten your life anyway.

You're in it, too. :P

If you had a bag containing marbles, some are red and some are blue.

You could say "in this bag, there are blue marbles".
It's a true statement, I just left out the red marbles.

You're right, if you use different wording(in this bag, they're only blue marbles), you're wrong.

I also agree with the you on the "hypocrisy is fine without you insulting others".
