Oh I have to get up to run at 7:00 for about 3-5 miles everyday (excluding Sunday and days I weightlift).  Then there's always Saturday where I'm suppose to run twice as much.  I'm suppose to end up running something like 46 miles each week or something.  Cross Country isn't that bad, its somewhat good for me.

Hints the "Morning" part of it, like at about 8:30 - 9:00am is a great time to do it.

by the time its 8:30-9:00am where i live, the air is already pratically boiling. its that hot.

Yes, it's very refreshing! :D

I lift weights, use an elliptical machine, do yard work, and play outside with the neighbor children. They keep me running around constantly or give my brain a stretch when I help them with their school work.

Are you by any chance Asian?  There were a large amount of old Asian males at the park this morning.....just sitting at the picnic tables...just watching me run by.

6AM bike riding, thank-you.

....Listen how hardcore I am about bike riding.  I've had my new bike for about 2 months and on Saturday the tire wore out, pretty hardcore yo.

Does riding your bike once around the 3-mile circumference of the school count?
