I've done this before, I got to like...100K or so then it crashed.

I remember someone had a DM in Slate with a whole bunch of stuff loaded, I think it was Truce.

I did that, but outside the kitchen.

I reached the 128,000 Mark :D

Yeah, I had one in slate. I think I ended up swithcing to Destruct Dark and using a console command to make all the bricks black, along with hiding player names (V10) ;D

One intense DM.

What are your system specs?

Keep in mind this is a laptop.

System:
 - Dell Studio 1537
 - Windows Vista Home Premium 6.0
 - Intel Core2 Duo CPU T5900 @ 2.20 GHz
 - 4.00 GB RAM
 - 32-bit Operating System

Display:
 - ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3400 Series
 - ATI Radeon Graphics Processor (0x95C4)
 - Internal DAC (400 MHz)
 - 1529 MB Total Memory
 - 1920x1200 (60 Hz) display

My stress test in V10 had me load a 128k brick save in less than 30 seconds.

I got to 128,000 bricks =D

EDIT: pic won't work =/

EDIT again: Okay BL crashed when I took the picture.  :cookieMonster:

Ace

Golden Gate conquers all, assuming that's what caused the crash. >:3

Yessum. For me, at least.

 - 4.00 GB RAM
 - 32-bit Operating System

THAT DOESNT WORK SON

That 1.5gb total memory isn't dedicated you know right. The card is probably more around 512mb.

Specs:
Intel Core i7 920 @ 2.66 GHZ
6GBs DDR3 1600 RAM
Nvidia Geforce GTX 285

FPS was around 100 before, but this time I loaded a bunch of smaller saves so it was more detail. The lag was pretty unnoticeable.

I believe I have 3.5 gb RAM, is there a way to allocate more for Blockland, because it would seem that I shouldn't crash that easily.

How do you even have that value of ram??

What cards do you have installed?

Me and Ethan hit the 300.5k mark once. GOOD TIMES!

Yeah, it would be an epic DM if it didnt crash, well, not epic but long, and fun if it had like 32 players there. :)

I got to the 128K limit yesterday while my Internet was down, if I looked directly at it all I would lag badly. This is the only pic I got:
