Skateboarding only came about because people were too lazy to actually go to the ocean to Surf. Same with snowboarding, only their oceans never melted, so they have an excuse....I guess.

I can make my own for less than $4.
Also, the skateboarders then take this peice of wood and jump off of tall structures with it and balance on metal poles while traveling above 25 mph at times.
Its just a stupid sport entirely.

Ladios it is very loving hard to do some of those tricks, and you cannot build a skateboard for $4 unleass it is a walmart board. Skateboarding takes alot of skill. I think you just can't.

No seriously. Go down to the hardware store and buy a bit of wood, some pvc piping and some wheels then glue the pipes onto the wood and stick the wheels on it. Intant skateboard! :D

Really Ladios? Seriously it takes more then that, it is more like: Go to Skateboard shop buy a deck, trucks, bearings, wheels, griptape, and hardware. It isn't hard to put together but takes more then $40 for an okay one more than $80 for a good one more than $120 for a really good one.
Ladios your board (a walmart likeish board) would suck then i could see why you would not like the sport, try to do an ollie with that peice of stuff and it would snap.
