you shoot by aiming and pulling a trigger, it could be any range. you truly dont know what kind of skill he has at shooting unless he pmed you he sucked, wich has a 0% chance of hapening

Have you ever fired a SPAS-12 semi-auto shotgun? That is kickback. A rifle is, in fact, a weapon of low kickback for accuracy.
Point and pull is a misconception, you need to factor in wind (Incredibly enough, it can affect a bullet's path), as well as the time you'll need to reload.
Although I usually deal with heavy ballistics weapons or autos, I have fired rifles with accuracy to land a headshot or in the temple from a max distance of 50 meters.

Well, I put this on RTB, but I never released it here, so here it is. This pack comes with green, blue, and purple jets. They are not set to your default jets, they are a player type. You can also use them on bricks as emitters. Here are some pretty pics:
