A recent study by the National Psychiatric Institute in Boston, MA, concluded that no activity can account for the phenomenon known as nightmares. Whereas many dreams come from unconscious desires, most nightmares seem to come from an outside source independent of the individual. In fact, when subjects are asked to recall nightmares they are almost always found in the same memory section as actual physical memories, not the section where normal dreams are replayed. In other words, those aliens and creatures you see at night in your "dreams?" They're real.
I have a good one, I'll tell what I can remember. There was a man who was staying in a hotel for a few days. When he had checked in, the person at the front desk had warned him not to go to close a specific room. He decided to be brave one day, and peeked through the keyhole. All he saw was red. He looked in again, and he saw the same thing. On the day before he checked out, he asked the person at the front desk about the room. She told him that a couple had stayed there once, and the husband had killed his wife.You know what the man was seeing?The dead wife's ghost's eye.
Last week I drove to a nearby town. The town is surrounded by tall hills and mountains, and you can have a very pleasant hike down any of the numerous trails there. Anyway, I was climbing one trail and enjoying the good weather when I saw what looked like a silver box. When I approached, I saw it was a digital camera!It's a 3.3 mpixel Powershot S20! Slightly scuffed, but otherwise fine. It rained the next day, so I was really lucky to get there when I did. When I got home, I also saw it had a 300 mb hard drive inside! This must be like a £250 value folks, I pity the fool who dropped it so carelessly. Anyway, just wanted to share.56K users beware!
