So who had a inkling to buy the new Ghostbusters game? I did and I enjoy it quite a bit. Discuss your opinions here. :)

First impressions: Okay, but could've been better.

Ups:
Main menu. Frickin sweet.
Voices and attention to characters faces. I can actually recognize them from the movie, no kidding.
Story <3
All the small puns and jokes they make <3

Downs:
You need a super computer to play its best, and I can barely play it on low without lagging. Wtf?
Controls and speed of character. I feel like a snail and turning around is a drag.
Enemies constantly gangrape you, and pay no attention to the others.

I have it for the 360 so I don't have the lag issue. But i know what you mean. The thing I'm not too big a fan of is how quickly a person can die, even on the easiest setting and have to rely on the other Ghostbusters who at the time seem more concerned with the ghosts than they do me, so they die as well and the mission fails. But at least they fixed the issue with the exclusive bling proton pack and now I can look rather out of place in central park. :D

Wow. Those graphics look AMAZING. Your right, you can tell the actors apart :D

It certainly is worth the buy, in my opinion. I've been a fan of the franchise since I was a kid and I was glad that they came out with something to help me to be able to relive my wish to be a Ghostbuster without strapping a plastic toy to my back and looking like a dork or paying my way into bankruptcy with a epic replica.

Its based of the Idea of the movie, not the plot. There hasn't been a ghostbusters movie for 20 years.

It's supposed to fill in as the unofficial 3rd movie to complete the "trilogy" if you will, although I hear they are actually thinking of making a third one with the same actors. Not sure if this will rule or not, but it'd still beat nothing.

Third movie is confirmed and slated for 2012.
