Author Topic: no ''too loud'' script  (Read 1515 times)

I think it was done in V8, if it has been, can someone port it for V9 V12, If its not, then can someone make it?

Just a mod that lets you build music bricks close together with the too loud error.

No, this would be bad. In between the music bricks would be a hellish garbling of noise.

There's a space between 2 music bricks in my build and there's no music (sound) but you're right.

Sound stacks up in the game, it doesn't "blend". Being inside two sound 3D objects causes loud horrible noise, you don't want that.

Or maybe make the radius of the too loud area the same as how far you can hear the sound, maybe a yard or so bigger, but alas, that would make TOO much sense.

With an event you could make two music bricks play then same song at the same time, but the fact of the music radius messes with having a good sound system for mall builds.

The Too Loud radius is twice this distance.

From Badspot:

But here's my problem, the dark red circle is where the is no noise, but I can't play music in that location.

what about making those circles square? then there would be no peace and quiet?

"JPEG image plugin could not open that image"

You cannot place a music brick immediately at the radius you can't hear it at because placing one there would create a garbled noise zone inside the area you could hear it at. Place one at (distance to music brick) further away to have music all the way through. (although it'll fade out)

There needs to be something to identify where the radius ends.
