Give me a model and I'll see what I can do, but I dont think the prop itself can light up, although you can just use a light on the brick, which will be invisible.

get a dts exporter and I'll make a model for you to convert to dts, and you give it to me as a dts, and I'll work on it.

People can make FX on them by adding an event. For example, when you get TV props, you get setScreen event.
