Tool_Duplicator doesn't show up in "Save As"

So, recently I have been trying to fix my Duplicator because of the "3rd" trust level. Then, I followed Kalphiter's instructions on how to fix that problem. After I finished doing it, I tried to save. I looked in my add-ons folder, and couldn't find Tool_Duplicator. Here is a picture, showing the difference between Saving and Not Saving.

I would be delighted if someone would help me on this.

In the save-as list, Right Click-Arrange Icons-By Name.
