God damnit, I can't sleep with the loving scary thunder and hail pelting our tin roof. I just hope it passes soon...Oh forget, more lightning. My DSi screen is glitching like crazy since or the surges. I should leave the internet 'till it passes...

Reminds me of when I lived in california and tourists were always crying over small tremors thinking it was the end of the world. Those things always rocked me to sleep as a baby.
You'll get used to the storms if I can get used to trains blasting their horns all night. The brain can do that well.

Because drowning out a noise with a louder noise really works. Never does for me. I usually need complete silence. Been a light sleeper due to some trauma at a hospital when I was a kid.

I usually go in my basement. It doesn't block out the storm completely but it does make it easier on the ears.

I can't sleep without it on, (unless if im so tired i fall asleep without realising, Normally while im watching red dwarf, Dammit i was watching it. Now i gotta wait a few weeks until dave airs more
