"Not all do. Many children with autism don't like noise so they can't cope with trains. My daughter will never go on or near a train. Autistic children seem to have an obsession with one particular thing, in my daughter case its Disney cartoons."
Oh, I was hoping you'd read beyond the first response!
"Kids with autism enjoy things like this because it's predictable. For many children with autism the world is a very confusing place. They don't understand all the chaos of "typical" life around them. Other people are unpredictable, there's sensory overload from tv's, the lawn mower, dog barking, a fan, flourescent lights. The beauty of trains is the simplicity and order they restore. A sense of control of environment."
Incase you genuinely don't know you have autism, I've highlighted the symptoms you display from a list of autism symptoms: (Red = you have them, Green = you probably have them but I cant know for sure over the internet)
