You can't really do anything. You can't choose servers; when you do favorite one, you can only join if the teams are balanced.

I also made a Royal Commando for when I can't join any servers as a National.

Sniping is so terrible in this game, haha. Takes 4-5 headshots to kill someone with the default sniper. Had to spend my first 2 Hero Points in Piercing Shot or whatever it's called. It is fun, though.
