Sandvich, it's a game/mod that does not include any content from other games, or anything of the sort.  It only includes other game content when they client has downloaded the other games.  Whether they are pirated or not is not their problem.  Also, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright_infringement .  The game and its content are copyrighted, so if you were to take it without rights and use it for your own uses, it would be illegal.
