hijacked steam account

I think someone stole my account cause  it says I can't log in and I got a e-mail saying my password has been changed and I never changed it
 already asked steam at their support page but I'm not getting any help, what should I do? I've lost my games D:

Just do what the support page says (Enter in previous E-mail, password, and any brand of credit cards used) and you just might get your account back in 2 - 5 days.

Always scan your PC before making a purchase.
Edit: You might want to see if can retreive the password bye entering your email, and if it works, change your password.
