The deal with mic-spamming, since it is causing a problem, is that you only may micspam on Monday.
This way, everyone can play TF2 and simply not join the server on Monday's if they don't like micspam.

Bump of sorts.
It would seem our map cycle is a bit forgeted. It's on the arena cycle for some reason.
So I'm going to try fixing it when everyone leaves the server.
