I know scripting a little, and I would love to learn more, so yes please.

I'm a stuff teacher, but if I wasn't

We could log the session and send it to those who missed it.
This.

I could be an assistant if you wish.
I have plenty of spare time.

Spare time.  Hah.

YES PLEASE
I want to know how to scrpit so I can make add-ons

This should onlt be for people that have a basic knowledge of scripting or you get to many handicaps asking "WHATS THIS!" WHERE IS NOTEPPADF

yeah then I would qualify

Instead of sending them to people who missed a class, why not just use it as a community resource?  You could put it into the Coding help forum and possibly get it stickied or something, and then just give anyone who asks how to make a mod or something the link to the post?

That's a wonderful idea Robo.

I actually expect to repeat myself a lot so that's why I'm thinking about a month. Do I really need 15-20 hours plus Q&A time to teach people the bulk of what I know? Not really (a lot of being good at this is just practice, practice, practice), but people don't get it the first time around, or miss a day, or w/e.

As far as actual lessons I need a standard environment so everyone can follow along with me easily, so I'll probably make my personal text editor mandatory for students.  :cookieMonster:

I could start as soon as tomorrow if enough people catch wind of this by then. Tell your friends!

Moonedit is an online collaberative text editor.
Just putting that out there.

Can it handle multiple files at once (e.g. one for each student)? Becuase I would love to ditch gobby as it's kind of crap.

RE: all the volunteers: If you guys want to help people one-on-one that are having problems so that I don't have to stop the whole class to help one person, that would be AWESOME. However as far as the overall lesson, it would devolve into chaos with so many volunteers chiming in with their own insights and interpretations of things.

Do want be in class. I feel like I've taught myself the basics but, not nearly enough to move up with my skills.

The most I did in scripting was changing variables and stuff. So are we going to start off with the basics at first? I hope so!

I prefer one-on-one assisting. If you feel that you would only want one or two, that's fine. I suppose you aren't sure on our abilities aswell. I don't have much to show but I know I'm capible of some complex things.
