Few questions about Css

I got Css a few days ago and I've seen alot of things that I didn't know how to do. I asked around but you know those starfishs that just call you a noob and just kick your from their server for asking a "noobish" question. Well, the only spot I could find was the Blockland forums so I'm here to ask you the questions. Maybe some of the things I saw were add-ons or mods I'm not sure but I want to know. So here are my questions.

1. How do you get weapons without buying them. It's a thing that asks you like "New Weapons" and "Same weapons everytime"
2. Someone made a DM on a Defuse The Bomb map. Know how they did it?
3. Know a good add-on site?

I hope you can answer these questions because I really would like to know how they were done. Thanks!

Well how do I get the quick selection buttons?

They are on the buy menu.
Also, the 'New Weapons', "Same eapins everythime' as in the options that come up on the side of the screen is for DM servers, in real servers you have to buy your guns or steal dead people guns.

I know I'm getting more noobish the more I ask questions but.........how do I make a DM server? :D
