You buy it and download it via Steam, unless you go ahead and use a normal browser to buy it.
So long as you have no keyloggers, spyware or anything tracking your actions/purchases/credit card numbers/passwords, then you're fine. Hopefully you aren't too stupid to fall for a "We need you to login at steamlogin.tk for verification".
