TF2 weapon levelups

Well, if you have not been under a gameing rock as far as TF2 goes, you would know by now that the random drop weapons give different levels. What was once a level 10 scatter gun can now be LV 100. Unfortunatly, they do nothing for the moment besides be kick ass and have less lvs then mine.
