I thought this would be cool. You know the Baton that put people to jail well how bout a Police gun that shoots but Also Puts people in jail. I thought this would come in handy for noobs who kill Like crazy and then just run In City Rpg's.

Jookia's CityRP is so badly flawed, that it is, in a effect, a big dressed-up DM, but with people losing their freedom added. I doubt you could fix this with a gun that "jails" people.
