in windows7, i cant set my desktop image to ACTUALLY center, when i pick the center option.
it just stretches it full screen no matter what.

i use 1920x1200, and don't use pics bigger then 1440x900,
yet it loving full screens them every time. i like that black border where i can have my icons sit.
