The items look like remote controls put when you click while holding it, it spawns a rc car/helicopter/boat(size .1 .1 .1 vehicles =p) that you can control, nobody can enter the vehicles and they dont go very fast...but good for like family/city/spy? rp's

the problem is the steering, but is have a RC controller, search in add-ons

I think he means a "toy" thing. Makes a mini vehicle and you drive it.

one issue is that resized vehicles have f***ed up wheels

I think the bad steering is a result of the F***ed up wheels...
