This game is the best game ever for Xbox.
I bought it just one week ago, it I beat it already.  I'm still addicted to it though.  I just have two questions about this game.

1.  Is blue hell in this game?
2.  If so, where is it?  I searched for it constantly.

Oh, and an extra question.  I was doing what I usually do to earn money, take over territories and kill crack dealers.  After taking over a large territory,  my reputation actually went off of the black box in which contains the bar, and it went out into the screen.

Blue hell?

The Blue hell is in Ganton Gym, you need a the jet back cheat to jet out of the missing tile in the roof, look for a guide on how to get there.

I did the thing with the jetpack in the Ganton Gym, but I just ended up in this grey area that's like the outside, but there is no buildings.  I found a chainsaw down there.

Seeing this topic and watching that movie The Breakup made me want to play this game, but when I grabbed my ps2 I found it to be in need of repairs so I was hard at work doing stuff to it until I go it working. I had to take a pair of tweezers and pull out the controller port because it was pushed to far in for the controller to connect properly, I also had to remove a bunch of dust with my trusty canned air. It was a pain in the ass but I fixed it :)

True, and blue hell is in it, you can even access Liberty City trough it... (Watch out though, not everything is solid ;) To check if something is solid, just shoot it)

 the huge mansion with the pool (the one you can buy) find a corner and push agnest it with a jetpack and you will be in orange hell and it allows you get into places like area 51
