Well, I'm not sure how but I think it's the reflection of someone walking. Like when you're watching tv and you can see a faint reflection of yourself. If you look at the top you can see the "ghost" of a chandelier as well.

EDIT: If anyone asks, I'm not sure where said reflection would come from... But meh.

if you look, the position of the shadow and the lights don't match up. so if it was someone walking, they would have came into view when the shadow was about 3/4s out of view.

brown townyze the video and you'll see how the room is completely illuminated from one angle. This means, somebody passed by in front of that light, whose shadow showed off on the wall.

Upon closer inspection, you shall see that the Shadow extends down the entire hall onto the wall, but who knows, maybe it is a ghost.
