I don't have Mario Kart Wii, but I have to the DS.
But i think Toad, he was my favourite in DS ver.

Dose anyone know how to unlock Mii outfit B? I think I know how but I'm not sure. What is it anyway?

Beat all of the staff records in the time trials. (I think it's the unlocked staff records, not the easy ones)
