Let me make it simple for you, I will put the computers in the context of vehcals that we are driving down a road.

You are driving your shiny new Ford Transit van. I speedily shoot past is a BMW convertible. You brake down due to engine failure, but heck I'm nice il give you a lift. You would do the same for me I'm shore? I think not

But anyone with any kind of sense with computers know that better parts, which cost more, make a better computer. Same go for vehicles.

Allow me to point several facts out that I have discovered:

Windows works fine. It rarely crashes, its fairly easy to use.
Macs OS's are cheaps, but your pretty much guarentted to pay a schit load of money for their hardware; perfect if you've got a ton of money going around you want to waste. Not good if you want to, I dont know, get a much better computer. Its also extreamly trendy.
Linux is open source. It runs loving fine. Its free. it works with most hardware. It just works. Sadly not all software runs on it, but its fairly easy to get it to work.

For me the bottom line is:
WIndows if you dont know anything about computers
Linux if you know about computers
Mac if you care more about how things look then how they run.

Its more like this.

Windows is like a prius. Everyone has one, it runs quite well
Mac is like a gold covered prius with custom parts. Its really loving expensive, you cant get new parts for it, but it looks NICE.
Ubuntu is like a kit car. The person using it know every aprt of it, can do anything he wants to it, runs faster then the other cars, and its a much better choice if you want to elarn how to do it.

lets drop our argument here. this boy clearly has no idea how computer run nor does he have comon sense; take it from person who had triple booted ubuntu, windows 7, and OSX. Stick with ubuntu or Windows. Macs are just stupid.oh, and Ubuntu is the best in case you didn't notice.

Acutely the main theme of my story was that macs are a higher quality. Though I guess it is easy to misread the top lair of "speeding past" as going faster. Any who, what you are saying is backing up my side of the argument.
