Author Topic: A healing item script?  (Read 998 times)

I can't script so can someone make me a script that,
1.lets you hold the item
2.lets you use the item on someone
3.heals the person you use it on
4.disappears from inventory after first use

Kinda like the TF2 Medigun...but...without the whole...ray thing...more of a mist looking thing...I'm making a potion thing and I want it to look like your spraying someone with a potion =P

So...can someone script it for me?If I need to make any joint or whatever on my model tell me where/what to name it(them)

And tell me where the healing amount is so I can change it for the different types of potions(same script but I wanna know where the heal value is so I can modify it if needed)

Sounds like a good idea but i dont know how it would be done. Maybe something like how the TF2 medigun was made. if we could just make the TF2 medigun beam stay with the player your healing like in TF2 that would be great

You should also make it so when you right click it heals you instead.

So...if you drop the item it heals them?Without the other player picking it up/using it?I need this script so I can make my Pokemon City 2.0...it was gonna be for potions...so you could heal your "pokemon" in battle without them having to stop attacking...

If you throw the Pill at an injured player in your minigame, they will use it instantly. If they are at full health, they will pick it up and be able to use it on themself (stopping attacking) later.

But...I can change the pills model to look like a potion thing or something for my Pokemon thing...right?
