Counter thingy called a drawer or a vanity. outside looks weird

Honestly I don't like it. If you're new or it's your first build then it's good. overall for what's done so far I give a 6/10. One thing I think you should change is the stairs, you can tell slot about a player by the way he makes his stairs. Well so far it's nit really that bad, probably be a lot better when it's done, good luck to you!

How are the stairs bad, and how do you tell a player by his stairs.

Also no, I'm not new nor is it my first build.

EDIT:  Honestly I dont think it looks anything like a usual first build.

The distance from the fridge to the stove in the corner looks funny.. Especially the stove all alone in the corner.

Nice work though.

Yeah I agree, I may make it so the stove is worked into the counterspace near the sink and there is a small counter on the other side.

It looks good. But most builds nowadays are mostly props...

there is like 2 main props that I used. The fans wouldn't look as good if I hadn't used Bushi's.

my whole house isn't a prop, but I see what your saying.

ok by the stairs I mean like using 2x4 bricks just stacked on top means you sloppy, lazy, or are going really quick. By using ramps it shows you like to build fancy or you have a lot of time on your hands, there are more but I'm not in the mood to keep explaining.

meh. its nice, but still needs work

Why would I use ramps for stairs, that would be like a disabled acces ramp, not a staircase. I was not being lazy by using 2x4's, thats how I wanted them to look.

Thanks for all the comments, I'm working on the 2nd story now, which has a play area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
