Kind of like the "Put that man behind bars!" idea.
Separating people from society.
Separating people from using RTB.

The reason tails has such a high post count is because he just spams. You will find many many topics where the first reply is just tails going "k." to inflate his post count, and I'd call that banworthy.

Reported for not caring. Finally got you.
This is not drama :x

Also above post was for no reason?

Well there's that and then there's his comments that somehow people enjoy because they're in lower case, all or most descriptive words taken out, and something that even the lowest on here could think to say. Think of it as snot but more of an ass. (With less humor)
Although some will probably disagree with barely any supporting logic.

Tails is like a slightly more serious Snot.

I didn't realise he was using RTB to populate his list. After checking the RTB access logs he's been making requests every second or so, so I barred him for excessive use.

What's acceptable?

I would personally allow once a week. It's short enough to catch newer players within reasonable time, and long enough not to piss off the host.
An issue may be that some users are only on at certain times.

How would the host even know their server is being accessed by RTB?
