[Request] Soccer Ball

Well.. Im kinda looking for a kickable soccer ball, I want to setup a soccer league but without a proper ball i cant set it up

I think a soccer ball could be create in 15 minutes.. But i kinda fail at scripting,
So if anyone wants to make this i would appreciate that, ( The one who makes it will get Admin rights on the soccer league server )

Why not just size down the Beachball then retexture it, with Ghost's permission of course.

I found a ball but this Ball isnt aimable and kickable, So could somebody fix that ?

Just put the Vehicle_Ball.zip in you Add-Ons folder

Just take the GSF beach ball 2 and change the texture
Wait no, it has different texture. Well, you could still try it

Just make a ball in Blender with like 12 faces and make select 8 of the faces in a tile like pattern and separate them. Paint one group black and the other white. Then make a collision mesh sphere. It will still face outwards  and I did the "line test" and it worked fine.

yeah, but that's the cheap easy way

i'm trying to figure out how i'm gonna make a polygonal soccer ball: you know, with little hexagons that make up the ball, instead of this half-assed boring retextured sphere

Copy the standard Ball model, replace blank.png with the contents of white.png, replace black25.png with blank.png or black.png, scale it down and reduce mass/etc. values.

I suggest scaling down the Ball, and using onvehicletouch events.
