Nintendo's probably going to have it ceased and desisted, just like every other fan game.
They can't do anything about it if it's freeware. Amirite? I dunno.
I really enjoy the Metriod series, so much in fact that I would like to make a fan-made sequel to it, are there any legal matters I should know about before doing so?
Hi, We appreciate the interest in Nintendo and in all our video game products. To us, it represents a great sign of success and recognition of the Nintendo brand. Ah crap. Does this mean, if they find it, they will try to sue them?
