You create two teams, sets of team spawns and give the teams dodgeballs as weapons.

For players being "out", you could give players several lives each and have the dodgeballs instantly kill them.

Yes. He probably had the weapon Blockoman linked you to, but since you do not have that model and did not enable model downloading it picks one of the built in game models to set it as - in this case, a printer.
