nah, hunters are in Ep2, ministriders are in Ep1, and have a blan navy-blue skin, whilist the Hunters have a Blue-white skin

Hunters can shoot flechettes, ministriders cannot

Ministriders can only be hurt with energy orbs and explosives, Striders can be hurt using gunpower, also

they ARE similar, but the skins and fighting tactics are not. Read Here

Actually, the Purple one(I changed color), IS a hunter, but the other one is a Ministrider.
My origional idea was a guy sitting on a strider, running through the city.
