What if you found a spot where you can stay until all the zombes are gone? What could be used to defened it?

What if you found a spot where you can stay until all the zombes are gone? What could be used to defened it?

Well that is true,But there are reasons why it would be horrible in some ways such as.
Zombies that can leap and stuff *Like L4D*
Would cause the whole thing to go down.
Zombies that just normal walking dead *Like in Zombie movies there just walking*
It would be right,But not for long tho.

Here is my idea on how to survive since i don't have any weapons in my house.
First-I would go and look for knifes the best option for starting out.
Then-I get prepared and something to keep me sane,Also food would do.
Ready-I am ready to go into the desert and kill the invading zombies with my knifes and stuff.
Looking-This is the option everyone would do,Search for food weapons and ammo,
But you must always be prepared when looking and never go alone or leave someone alone,If you do then bad stuff will happen. And keeping sane for the sake of seeing a huge zombie horde,A book is good but you need other stuff to keep you sane,Books won't always do when your in combat. What i would carry.

Knifes-Throwing or melee best part.
Food-Apples and stuff.
Calm objects-Some toys*well toys always kept people from crying sometimes*
Some of my fave stuff.
Weapons:USP-Pistol()Knifes-Combat:Ranged()Rifle-*its good and ranged*

That is about it.Any spots that don't make sense correct me.

EDIT:I can type :o

A club

a sword

a crowbar

i hammer and nails

a axe

I would probably stuff some cupcakes in a bag, and two of my dad's rifles.
They're locked away, so I need to find the key first.

crowbar
food
gun(handgun, dad hides it in his room)
a toy or book, legos maybe
lighter(my entire family smokes, we have lots)
gas
i would have to leave my cat and 3 dogs, maybe bring them for food(:C)
backpack(big)
maybe a small backpack inside of big?
hammer
nails
and i think i have a nail gun somewhere

thats all that could really help

A vehicle. Everything else you can loot because you'll be traveling faster than the zombies.

blocked up roads, would need atv to get too far

ATVs are small as forget, how are you going to get through a road block? Try hummer or huge truck. Bus maybe. Tank, APC, armored truck. Anything but an ATV.

My friends and I discuss this topic every once in a while. Here's my list:
-Long sleeve shirt
-Cargo Pants
-Knee high rubber boots
-Hoodie with hood tucked in unless of rain/cold (Tucked it because it's one less thing for a zombie to grab)
-Work gloves
-Goggles/Sunglasses
-Large Waterbottle
-Good size backpack
-Sewing kit
-Flint
-Couple of Knives
-Both a .22 and a 9mm pistol (Commonly found ammo)
-12 gauge shotgun (Commonly found ammo)
-Map of local area
-Machete
-Whetstone
-Hand-Crank LED Flashlight
-Hand-Crank Storm Radio
-A mountain bike (I'd can find/loot/steal one of these if given the opportunity)
-I'd travel in groups of about 4, small enough to check for bites/have enough food, but large enough to hold out in an area for a few days.
-First place I'd travel is to the nearest gas station, and from there, the nearest superstore. Once at the superstore, I'd scout for zombies, then after eliminating them, find CB-Radios and scan for other survivors. I wouldn't stay in once place too long or get comfortable because once you start doing that, you find that you have more necessities then there are really necessary.

A lightweight weapon (2 or 3) (A knife, Crowbar, a Katana, a Shaloin Spade, Shotgun)

A Tent, and loaded Camping supplies (Sleeping bags, matches, fishing pole, food, flashlights, spare batteries, etc)

Maybe an old gameboy, since they run on batteries... That would be the only thing close to gaming if electricity plants are abandoned

A bike, <Imagine you honking a horn in an S.U.V or even start an engine of it...But it would be okay if you were going to a far place>

Laptop <Get a spare battery charged, I could play Sims 3 and end vitural peoples lives as well>

Powdered Doughnuts <If the humanity is going to end like that, I just want some darn doughnuts>

Cookies <Same as above>

S'more Supplies <No campfire with zombies is complete without Smores to share>

Journal <So if Aliens or Remaining Humanity finds my campsite, adlest they know why Zombies were eating my junkfood>

Pictures <I would want to remember when times were better, and when  decaptating friends and family was rare to happen>

Bottled Water <Water streams might be infected, or I could get those Water purifying straws...>

Maps <Ofcourse! You need to find the nearest place to get to, maybe find a deserted place>

Date planner <Incase I forget my birthday and the last time I had a bed >.<    >

Books < the thicker and interesting, the better>

Portable radio < You need to know if anyone is nearby, and if Jonas brothers died yet from Zombie fangirls XD>

Family and friends <Id rather die with important people in my life than die alone>

Clothing for weather <The weather will be unpredictible>

Cellphone <I can always steal my brothers, moms, or dads....>

Lighter <If Matchs fail, besides, My dad has a TON of them>

Sketchpad < I might get better at drawing people that are torn up and are dug deep into the flesh>

First aid kit <Not much to do if a zombie bits you, just join the fad or burn self>

Pets <I would rather not abandon them>

On your first day, your pets would be chewed on to death. Some of your family members will be killed and zombified, and you'll get your bicycle handlebars shoved into your ass.

my list?

Rope, Knife, etc, so I can kill myself.

One of the necessities are a large Tank like armored car that is solar powered. Reserve batteries would last it the night. Live in it searching for a human encampment/food. Then I would study the zombies at night to find if they hunt animals. I would need to know if it is cross species. If so, then the animal world would be doomed. Hell, plant life would not stand that much of a chance either.

No animals and plants will eventually mean that EVERYTHING will die.

...And, for the first part...
