Author Topic: Zombie Survival list  (Read 88194 times)

I'd also like to say goodbye to all the people who think zombies would work like they do in Left 4 Dead.
If you tackle the problem like they do, you will die, and I will laugh.

Kill all sons a bitches'

Lol I'm going to laugh at the people like that, but I guarantee you there will be a thing like CEDA.

I wouldn't overdo it and be unpractical like some of the people posting. You aren't going on a loving camping trip, you are just getting what you can carry on your back.

I don't know where I would get one, but a Katana would be nice. As for a gun of sorts, a 357. and as much ammo as I can carry. And perhaps a grenade just in case, and a lighter.

Everything else like food and water, blah blah, that'd be easy to find in an urban environment.
Well those of us that put thought into what we would take did make an effort to get it all to be carried on our back (minus the .22 handgun, that would go in a holster held by my belt). And urban envirement won't last you very long because the electric grid and water would be shut down.

And of course, the real list would vary from the theoretic one when you realize your real weight limit.

I doubt you read the plan I wrote, with the gear I would pack I could haul short distances (such as house to house or into or out of a car). Going to a ski mountain I would just have to fire up the ski lift to get up, then shut it off from the stop at the top operater.

It's called FEMA.

I'm sorry to everyone for being a moron, and making an idiotic list. My new entirely revised list:
  • Pack with one pocket filled with ammunition for lightweight weaponry, and another pocket of the pack for nutrition/energy bars and canned food
  • Plenty of bottled water
  • A 9mm sidearm for lightweight efficiency
  • A .22 rifle w/ strap
  • Holster to contain sidearm
  • Fragrant bottles to lose my scent
  • A first-aid kit in-case of injury
  • Disinfectants to cure infections from zombie bites
  • A walkie-talkie that could contact any form of help from others
  • Night-Vision goggles to see in the dark

Food would be nice and all, but no. That'd be a stuff ton to cary, and it may seem like a good idea but I don't think you would live up to it.

What people aren't getting is that Guns/Items are heavy, and speed is essential in this. Carrying 15 billion guns isn't going to help unless you know how to use a gun.

So use a Katana.

So use a Katana.

Do you actually know how to use a ninja sword without cutting yourself?

Handgun
bullets
water
protein bars
mace (the spray, not the metal weapon)
iphone & charger
multitool

I tried to be as serious as I could. This is all stuff in my house currently, btw.

So use a Katana.

a katana will be much less portable and much less practical than a hand gun

My True List:

-a bunch of stuff you couldn't find or don't have-
We really, really, really need to have a rule where you have to have reasonable things on it ;-;
