How about a glue weapon it doesnt do any damage but freezes the enemy for a few seconds. p.s. i cant make add-ons so can anyone please make it for me?

This could be done by just when the projectile hits change the playertype to  no move player then after a specified amount of time they would revert back to previous player type.

just change the bullet and the model from the tranquilizer then it'll work
