Can someone make me a script for my new secret gun

I'm making a new gun weapon(that hopefully is epic =P) i call it secret cause I'm not giving any hints ;) anyway...it needs to have these things in the script

1.If you hold the trigger it continesly sprays a blueish white "beam" like fire
2.It freezes anyone that touches the beam for 5 seconds and "burn"s them white
