Author Topic: Low System Requirement Games?  (Read 1373 times)

While I am typing this from my DSi browser, I am also trying to run various games on my internetless old dinosaur Gateway, and to no avail.  So does anyone know a few good games that I could run on this computer?  Preferably the free stuff.  Here are a few specs:
Intel PentiumII Processor
Running WinXP SP2, but the computer only designed for Win98/NT (lol)
399 MHz, 128MB of RAM

Not sure about my video card or anything, I'll look a bit harder.

Open TTD
OpenTTD requires the original version of Transport Tycoon Deluxe data files in order to function. Please refer to the readme for more information.

I'll have to try some of those out, thanks.

Oh, and I also only have about 1.5GB of free space out of the original 9.55GB

Oh yeah. Get Knytt stories for sure.

There is a level editor.

What exactly do you do in that, anyway?  The about section on that website was a bit skimpy.

And I was thinking about OpenTTD.  Bisjac's topic made it look fun.

Knytt is just a side scroller game.
Kinda fun. Good BGM.

Open TTD will keep you occupied though.

I'll try them both as soon as I get access to the good computer :o

Holy balls, you can't even run HL1.

SimAnt? lol.

Lol, I can't run stuff on it.
I can run this very decent fighter jet flightsim thing I have, but that gets boring after playing it a trillion times, as fun as it may be.

Decent.
The first PC game i have ever played.

You can find a abandon ware version somewhere..

Minecraft is uber fun :D
I like making elaborate underground rivers and stuffs.

Plants vs zombies, make sure to turn off 3d stuff.(particles and the 3d accelleration thing)
