HLSSI disabled HLSS too, something that I forgot to put on the changelog. My reason for doing this was simple, voicecom is for voicecom, not for spamming hilarious comedy quotes over and over again. And I know people are going to say “just mute them”, but that isn’t any kind of solution to the problem, people don’t want to have to mute 3 people every time they join a server.I accept that some servers like having people play music on them and maybe I’ll add a serverside convar for those guys. I’m told that there is already a CVar for it in TF2, but apparently GMod isn’t using that engine. I don’t know what engine we’re using, or why we’re not using the TF2 engine.

Sometimes (rarely) I don't mind it if it's being used at the right moment, it can be funny, but the gmod community is particularly vulnerable to spamming servers with stuffty memes and awful music.No number over 9 hurr is funny in any context.
