Ever since I've seen this one video reviewing "Chase Cam," I've been looking all over for it. Can anyone give me a link to it?

I think you're talking about the function, if so, type serverConnection.chaseCam(delay); into the console.

It's both, since you can do that to your own client (serverConnection) on other servers or to other clients.
