Oh, and another thing...

FFFUUUUuuuuu
FUUUUuuu

Just because he likes to draw anthros doesn't make him a furry, which I just recently discovered for myself.
A friend once told me that you are considered a furry if you are a fan of anthros, which may be true, but the problem that I encountered is that I said, "I'm a furry" without specifying that I'm only one because I like drawing anthros. I was curious to figure out why people hated furries so much, so I Wiki'd it. Lo and behold, turns out that some furries dress up in costumes and role play and go to conventions and play D&D style games in their basements. I, like Bounty here, don't do any of those things, I just like to draw anthropomorphic characters.
Oh, and if you think, "Well I don't care anthro characters are dumb and you're still a furcigarette!" then consider the fact that every character from the StarFox series, many alien species in Star Wars, and a few World of Warcraft species are also anthro characters, along with many more popular sources that incorporate anthro characters that I can't think of right now.

I dont really care if hes a furry or not, I loving hate art like this.

Then don't look at it. If you hate anthropomorphic characters, then why would you click a topic that the title is "I Made An Anthropomorphic Animal"?

I like reading the rest of the thread and peoples reactions, No, Not just to see the bad ones, But to read the good ones like trash mans.

If you don't like to look at the art but to read the replies then turn your images off in the browser.

i didnt even comment on the picture. Why should I turn off pictures just to look at one thread.

While I understand your logic, I found that in my early days of drawing that copying many pictures which incorporate many styles helps you form your own style. Just thought I'd say that.

The thing is though. If you ONLY copy other's drawings from, you are simply copying somebody else's style, which will cause your style to become less unique. If you rely on copying too much, it is indeed a bad thing as then you are not being as much as yourself as you can be, which is what art is supposed to be all about. Would you rather draw like every other anime artist out there? Or would you rather your stuff stand out and instantly be known as "you"?. Copy less and it will be more you. Copy more, and it will just be another somebody else.

Edit: To help clarify what I mean by copying (just incase some don't understand and start to say what I think they may say), I only mean directly copying another drawing drawn by another person. Real objects/people do not count because it's your choice how to draw them, and they were not drawn before. And only using a drawing as reference to what you want is also OK, just as long as its not so heavily referenced that even the style in which it was drawn was copied.

I agree totally with the above poster, there is an infinite amount of different styles in art, but sadly many of those styles are recycled.

I'm glad somebody agrees and understands me :)

You make my days happier.

Looks pretty good to me.

Trash man is a gud artist, You shud listen to him.

He needs more naked ladies though :D

I agree one hundred percent. I simply mean that when I was new at drawing anthros (I'm still kind of new, but I'm getting better) that I would copy a bunch of different pictures that I found to my liking in order to see what things I liked from them, and then adopt those things in my art. Perhaps I liked that way that person x drew the fur, or the way that person y drew the ears and eyes, or the way person z drew the tail. My art is pretty much a collage of different styles that I threw together to make my own, and I was merely suggesting that Bounty might be doing the same thing.

@ Trash Man:

Are we positive he copied? I mean, wouldn't it ruin his day to hear... instead of "Nice ob" we get "THAAAAAATS a fake."
