Author Topic: add ons  (Read 480 times)

i think after you have waited for ages to load some ones sever you should be aloud to automaticly have them add ons because some people like me have no idea on how to get add ons. i rather just have to do nothing to have them . im sure alot of other people would too

Step by step instructions on how to download add-ons:

Step 1: Click the download link provided by the topic poster.
Step 2: Save the file to your Blockland Add-ons folder. If you aren't prompted where to save, simply move the file from where it was downloaded into your Blockland Add-ons folder.
Step 3: Run Blockland.
Step 4: Click "Start Game"
Step 5: Click the Add-ons tab, and enable the add-on you downloaded.
Step 6: Start you game.

Also, if you could download add-ons from a server, people couldn't have any private add-ons.

Sometimes, when I'm loading a server and I accidentally hit esc, if I join it again fast enough, it goes back to where I was loading. Why?

Loading downloads the necessary things the server does not provide for you. If you look in your Add-ons folder and you've been on servers and have had to load, you'll see some folders that aren't ZIP files. These are bits of add-ons that allow you to use that add-on on the server without actually having everything.

At least, that's what I assume is happening.

Yeah, if it gave you the CS. file you would have all of the Add-on, for most add-ons I mean
it does not work that way for all of them.

No. All it takes is for someone to make some super stuffty add-on, you go use it in your server, it crashes your game, and you complain "I GOTZ HACKED!"
